if you have placed your order but would like to make a change, please let us know.
we can make changes to the following information: name, address
we cannot make changes to the e-mail address you have ordered with, or you created your account with.

if you have ordered from us, and…
- received an order confirmation, but not an order shipped notification
- have received an order shipped notification, but your order has never been delivered
- have received your order but it includes an item that is faulty (read: is broken, is not up to par with your expectations quality-wise)
- have received your order but it includes an item in the wrong size than your order specifies
- would like to cancel your order
please e-mail us at info@findyourfitte.com. make sure to include your name, address, and order number so we can easily help you. please note you have up to 14 calendar days to cancel your order after you have placed it.
