  • how do i make a change to an order?
    if you have placed your order but would like to make a change, please let us know. we can make changes to the following information: name, address we cannot make changes to the e-mail address you have ordered with, or you created your account with. please e-mail us at make sure to include your name, address, and order number so we can easily help you.
  • i didn't receive my order / i received a fault item / i received an incorrect size / i want to cancel my order
    if you have ordered from us, and… - received an order confirmation, but not an order shipped notification - have received an order shipped notification, but your order has never been delivered - have received your order but it includes an item that is faulty (read: is broken, is not up to par with your expectations quality-wise) - have received your order but it includes an item in the wrong size than your order specifies - would like to cancel your order please e-mail us at make sure to include your name, address, and order number so we can easily help you. please note you have up to 14 calendar days to cancel your order after you have placed it.
  • what payment methods do you accept?
    fitte accepts the following payment methods: - credit card (VISA, MasterCard) - debit cards (through iDeal and other debit payments) - paypal - klarna at this point in time, we do not offer gift cards.
  • what size should i order?
    as petites, our bodily proportions differ from the ‘regular’ sizes. because of this, we have prepared our own fitte size guide so you can be sure you are ordering the size that will fit you. for more information on how to find your size, go to sizing. it explains our sizing guide and how to measure yourself to find your fitte. still having issues finding your size for whichever reason? please e-mail us at and we will try our hardest to find your fitte.
  • what shipping options to you offer?
    for our first drop we're partnering with DHL to ensure your fitte gets to you safely.
  • when will my order be delivered?
    delivery times depend on a few factors, some of which include the shipping option you have selected, your location’s distance from fitte HQ and potentially the time of year. it's important to remember we're reliant on our shipping partners, however we endeavour to get your fitte to you within 14 business days from the “order shipped” e-mail you will receive when your order is dispatched.
  • what are your shipping costs?
    please inquire in the table below what your shipping costs are. we ship from the netherlands to within europe (EU) for now, and endeavour to expand to other countries soon. please let us know if your country isn't listed and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
  • what is your returns policy?
    you can choose to return the items you ordered within 14 calendar days from the date you have received them. return shipping costs is your responsibility and will not be compensated. returns are only valid through the returns form or by sending an e-mail to including your name, address, and order number. please make sure you return the items you have purchased in the same condition you have received them.
  • when will i be refunded?
    you will be refunded if the items have been successfully processed and inspected to be in the same condition they have been shipped out. you will be refunded within 14 working days after the items have been received, inspected, and processed, in the same payment method you have checked out with.
  • care instructions
    each item will be delivered with its own description of care instructions, but as a rule of thumb you could follow the following instructions: - wash inside-out on 30 degrees with similar colours - lay out to dry carefully in a shaded place, not in direct sunlight - do not tumble dry
